We’ve just added a new feature to the Free Forever plan in BeanBox.
Something we’ve heard on the Xero forums is that people would like to be able to export their list of repeating invoices from Xero. This is something Xero doesn’t offer. We’ve had it in the Standard version of BeanBox for a while now, but from today (10th September 2018) we’ve made it available to all our free users too.
The export gives you all the summary details about your repeating invoices – the customer, tax exclusive amount, tax inclusive amount, currency, frequency, next scheduled date and end date (if set).
By downloading the CSV export you can create manual forecasts by building up a range of Excel formulas if you wish, and group and sort your data to your heart’s content.
How to Get It
To export your list of repeating invoices, just login to BeanBox and go to
Dashboard > Go to > Data Export.
